Shipping costs
- Free shipping on all orders over CHF 65.
- Switzerland: CHF 7.00 for orders under CHF 65.
- International: we ship to many countries across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. The available shipping options and rates for your country are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Delivery usually takes 10–20 business days after your order is placed, depending on your destination. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
Customs, duties & taxes
Some items are shipped from warehouses outside your country. Depending on your destination and order value, import duties, taxes (such as VAT) or carrier handling fees may apply upon delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
